AI development for a visual, conversational chatbot: an AI assistant with multilingual support.
The brief
Many chatbots are little more than a text box in the corner of a page. A visual assistant gives the conversation a presence on screen, so getting help feels less like filling in a form and more like asking someone a question. This project was an AI assistant of that kind: visual, conversational and multilingual, so it is not limited to a single language.
What we did
We handled the AI development. With an assistant like this, the multilingual part is the real test: a reply should be just as clear, accurate and on tone in each supported language as it is in the first.
